My order actually showed up sooner than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow the whole time, and the box arrived in good shape. I did reach out to support at one point and they basically said, “Everything’s moving on schedule, just keep an eye on the tracking,” which turned out to be right. Overall, I’m happy with how the shipping went.

I’m probably a little biased because I always check return policies before buying anything online, but superarbor.io made a good impression on me. I don’t like when stores hide the important stuff in tiny, confusing wording, and this one was easy to follow.
They explained the return window and the condition items need to be in without making it feel like a chore to read. That made me more comfortable placing my order, and I didn’t run into any issues on my end.

"Helpful support when I got a little stuck"
I was poking around trying to find one specific report and, of course, couldn’t seem to spot it right away. I ended up messaging support, figuring I’d be waiting a while, but they actually got back to me quickly. They pointed me in the right direction, though I did have to ask one follow-up to fully get there. What I appreciated was that they stayed friendly and helpful the whole time and didn’t just vanish after the first reply. Not completely perfect, but overall it was a solid experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

The product info on superarbor.io was mostly accurate, so I’ll give them that. When my order showed up, the main details matched what I was expecting, which was a relief because I was definitely thinking, okay, please let this be what I thought I bought. Some of the description felt a little too general though, so I did have that moment of, hmm, am I supposed to just figure this part out myself? Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, but I do think the descriptions could be a bit clearer.

I ordered a sink part and, to be fair, the brand and model ended up matching correctly. It did take me a while to figure out which one I needed though, mostly because the communication/details weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. A little frustrating, but overall the part was right and the experience was good...

"Delivery scheduling was easy, for once"
I ordered from Super Arbor, and the delivery scheduling was the thing I appreciated most. I’m usually complaining about delivery times, missed calls, and vague windows, so it was nice that they actually checked in and helped pick a time that worked for me.
I did have to make a small change on my end, which normally turns into another annoying back-and-forth, and I was fully expecting to complain about waiting around again. But they handled it quickly, without making it a whole issue.
The delivery showed up in the window they gave me, which shouldn’t feel rare, but it kind of does. No chasing people, no wondering where the driver was, no extra hassle to complain about. Simple overall, and I’d use them again

i used superarbor.io and the fees were easy to follow. The extra charges showed up before I paid, which I appreciated, because there wasn’t some random surprise tacked on at the very end.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because a few parts could be worded a little clearer. But overall, it felt fair, simple enough, and not shady or confusing.

The freight carrier was professional overall. The driver was polite and handled the delivery well, but they did show up a bit later than expected. Not a huge issue this time, but if late deliveries become a regular thing, I’d probably have to consider using someone else
